We will provide a refund or exchange, for items damaged in transit or if the incorrect item was shipped to.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first e-mail us within 7 days of receiving the product at sales@calicraftdesigns.com to notify us of the damage, with photos showing the damage. Upon receipt of the verified photos, we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available we will refund the purchase price of your item(s).
- There are certain situations where only partial or no refunds are granted, if applicable. Products with obvious signs of use. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error or transit.
- We will notify you o the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange. If you are approved, then your replacement or refund will be process, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of 7-11 days.
